User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to upload or share:

  • Images you do not own or have rights to
  • Content containing identifiable people without consent
  • Offensive, hateful, or illegal material
  • Any form of malware, spam, or automated scraping tools
  • Copyrighted recipes or images taken from other creators without permission

You retain full ownership of your User Content.

5. AI-Generated Output

CookSomething may generate:

  • Ingredient substitutions
  • Cooking instructions
  • Nutritional estimates
  • Interpretations of uploaded images

These outputs:

  • May be inaccurate or incomplete
  • Should not be treated as professional dietary or medical advice

You agree not to rely on AI outputs for safety-critical or health-critical decisions.

6. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use CookSomething to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data
  • Train your own AI models without explicit permission
  • Conduct illegal activity
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Upload harmful code
  • Sell access to your account
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Social Features and Sharing

CookSomething may allow you to:

  • Publish your recipes publicly
  • Interact with other users
  • Follow or favorite creators (if enabled)
  • Submit content to community spaces

Public content may be viewable by anyone on or off the platform.

You are responsible for anything you choose to share publicly.

8. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe someone uploaded content that infringes your rights, contact us at:
